Registration is now open for the following classes: 

Qigong (Tai Chi Chih)

T’ai Chi Chih® is a slow moving meditative routine of 19 moves and 1 pose. These movements circulate and balance the internal energy (Chi) to all the organs, muscles, and bones. Anyone can do it, regardless of age or physical condition (chair seated students are welcome.)

    Location:  Miller Community Center

    Days: Mondays, January 9th – March 13th from 12:00-1:00 pm

Enhance Fitness

Improve your endurance, strength, balance, posture, and flexibility through adaptable exercise movements.

     Location: Group Health – Capitol Hill

     Days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, January 3rd – March 17th from 3:15-4:15 pm

There is a small fee for classes, however, the Parks and Recreation Department has a generous scholarship program for LGBTQ older adults.
