We believe that everybody deserves a home. Since 1986, United Churches Emergency Fund has devoted its energy to passionately advocate for the prevention of homelessness.
UCEF was created in 1986 to provide information, referral and financial assistance to people in need residing in Northeast Seattle and to the homeless, without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status or disability.
PREVENTTION IS KEY! Our focus is to provide eviction protection to keep families and individuals from becoming homeless or to provide assistance to homeless families and individuals moving into housing.
