February 27 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm PST

As the HIV epidemic continues to disproportionately impact people of color, many of the HIV-associated aging complications become exacerbated.

Join us for a conversation about:

• HIV survival and “premature aging”.

• Health disparities in aging African Americanshighlighting: cardiovascular, non-AIDS cancers and neurocognitive issues.

• Healthy life-style choices to minimize the impact of long-term HIV infection on HIV-associated aging concerns.

Dr. Jeffrey Schouten, MD, JD, AAHIVE is Director of the Office of HIV/AIDS Network Coordination (HANC) at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. Jeff has had a long commitment to HIV clinical research, complications of HIV treatment and the high priority area of eradication or functional cure of HIV.
