$5

Celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Stonewall Rebellion

Queer activists in the Pacific Northwest have a proud history of standing with other communities against the far right and fascists which continues today. Hear from a panel of rebels on how to build effective coalitions and united fronts against the far right.

Morgan Ahern – Founder of Lolo Diklo: Romani Against Racism, and a descendant of Roma relatives who fought the Nazis in Germany.

George Bakan – Editor of Seattle Gay News and a veteran organizer against the far right, and co-founder of United Front against Fascism

Brendan Delaney – Tech worker, anti-fascist activist and founding member of the recently formed coalition Community and Labor Against Fascism

Su Docekal – Socialist feminist leader of many battles, including defending abortion clinics and fighting racist and anti-gay ballot initiatives.

Admittance is a sliding-scale door donation of $2-5, or free when you buy a one-year subscription to the Freedom Socialist newspaper (now half-price through June 30th!). A summer salad dinner will be provided at 6PM for an $8-12 donation.

This event will be held at the New Freeway Hall, on the #7 bus line, near the Columbia City light rail station.
